About the Role :
- The Jr. Executive / Executive / Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting end-to-end branch operations, including customer communication, documentation, invoicing, compliance, and coordination with internal teams.
- The person will report to the ABM / BM, The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi-functional team and this involves collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities :
Attend incoming calls at the branch, transfer calls, take messages, and provide information to prospects / customers as requiredManage emails received on the central email ID, including directing, assigning, and responding to queriesAssign iCABS tickets and coordinate with relevant employees for timely status updatesHandle invoice-related activities, including forecasting, suspensions, printing, and distributionRaise CR (Change Request) tickets for price decreasesGenerate renewal reports and letters for SEs, and process renewals (at existing or revised pricing)Raise termination requests through the portal as neededMaintain SHE-related documentation, including fumigation certifications and register updatesOversee license renewals, ensure compliance, and coordinate for audit readinessPrepare incentive calculations for timely submissionManage attendance inputs and standard requirements such as mediclaim, contract labour details, and indentsPrepare and maintain branch customer documentation, including quotations, compliance records, OCCs, POs, warranties, etc.Enter receipts and deposit slips in the system and make necessary adjustments on behalf of other branchesRaise credit note requests in the system as applicableOversee petty cash portal operations and liaise with local banks for related activities.Maintain conveyance records for techniciansUpload service dockets for key accountsPerform additional tasks as assigned by the Branch Manager, in alignment with branch operationsKey Result Areas :
