Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Salesforce Project Delivery Head. The role involves overseeing Salesforce project implementations, managing multiple projects, and ensuring timely and successful delivery in alignment with client expectations. Responsibilities include managing cross-functional teams, developing project plans, monitoring progress, and maintaining client relationships. The individual will also lead and guide consulting efforts to meet business goals and enable seamless execution of Salesforce solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Program Management and Project Management, with a track record of delivering complex Salesforce projects successfully.
• Strong People Management and Team Management skills, with the ability to mentor and lead cross-functional teams effectively.
• Experience in Consulting, with the ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, problem-solving skills, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce platforms and solutions is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field;

a relevant advanced degree or certification is a plus.
