Institutional Lead Analyst – Midcap

Location : Fort, Mumbai

Experience Required : 6–8 years in equity research or sector-specific analysis, preferably with a strong focus on Midcap companies ; strong buy-side and industry connections will be an added advantage

Sector Focus : Midcap

CTC : Based on candidate's experience and interview performance

Educational Qualification : MBA – Finance or CA / CFA with NISM Capital Markets Certification

Roles & Responsibilities :

Lead and oversee research initiatives with an exclusive focus on Midcap companies across various sectors.

Conduct in-depth analysis of midcap industry trends, management quality, growth potential, capital structure, and market positioning.

Build and maintain comprehensive financial models for midcap firms - including historical and projected balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, and cash flow statements - along with DCF or residual income-based valuations.

Evaluate business scalability, corporate governance, promoter integrity, earnings visibility, and macro sensitivity typical to midcap investments.

Formulate actionable investment recommendations based on thorough company-specific and sector-agnostic analysis.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients such as asset managers, pension funds, and private equity firms with an interest in Mid & Small Cap investments .

Mentor and guide junior analysts in developing research capabilities and sectoral breadth across the midcap space.
