1 to 3 years of proven experience in Performance / Digital Marketing.Hands-on campaign management across hyperlocal platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Swiggy, Zepto, BigBasket.Exposure to Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram), and other paid media platforms.Technical & Marketing Skills
Strong knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals :ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)CTR (Click-Through Rate)CVR (Conversion Rate)TACoS (Total Advertising Cost of Sales)CPC, CPM, Match Types, ACoS etc.Ability to set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns for sales, traffic, and conversions.Understanding of attribution, funnel tracking, and campaign measurement.Familiarity with Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis.Hyperlocal & E-Commerce Expertise
