Job description

Roles and responsibilities :

Managing and owning all aspects of delivery
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process automation using AI technologies.
Front ending discussions with Customer SME, contributing to RFP's and proposals.
Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Estimating efforts, identifying risks, and providing support whenever needed
Oversee the design and development of AI-driven solutions that optimize and automate business processes.
Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns.
Create Testing Strategy for AI driven projects.

Skills required :

Proven experience as an Engineering Manager, with a track record of successfully managing AI Automation projects from initiation to completion.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Proven experience in handling Agile projects.

Familiarity with cloud platforms and tools for AI deployment (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).

Familiarity with Test Strategy for AI Based Projects.

Proven Experience in solutioning and have understanding of End-to-End landscape around AI & Services.

Clear articulation of AI concepts and project progress.

Awareness of ethical implications and responsible AI practices.
