Job Description – Linux JBoss & Tomcat Administrator

Role : Linux JBoss & Tomcat Admin

Experience : 8–10 Years

Location : Mumbai, Maharashtra

Responsibilities

Administer Linux OS, JBoss, and Tomcat servers .

Perform OS installation, patching, hardening, and software deployments .

Manage user accounts, system logs, storage (VG / LV / FS), and VM environments .

Handle SSL configurations, system backups, and service packs .

Install, configure, and troubleshoot Tomcat & JBoss servers .

Monitor performance, archive logs, and provide daily server reports .

Support DR drills and coordinate with application teams / vendors.

Skills Required

Strong Linux Administration with JBoss & Tomcat expertise .

Knowledge of OS security, SSL setup, and system monitoring .

Good troubleshooting / debugging skills.

Basic Middleware knowledge is an advantage.
