Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience :
Extensive experience (12+ years) in software testing and quality assurance, with a strong focus on business acceptance testing.
Demonstrated experience in a leadership role, managing cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives.
Stakeholder Management
Familiarity with AI-driven testing tools and methodologies, and a keen interest in staying updated with emerging technologies.
Scrum & Agile knowledge, SFPC certification is desired.
Strong P&C Insurance domain knowledge
Deep understanding of the industry in which the role is situated, such as P&C insurance, finance, or technology, to ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Testing & Project Management tools – HP ALM, JIRA, Confluence
