(Immediate Start) Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities

Financial Accounting & Reporting

 Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger, payables,

receivables, and bank reconciliation.

 Ensure timely preparation and finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial

statements.

 Coordinate with auditors (statutory, internal, and tax) for smooth completion of audits.

 Maintain accurate records in line with Ind-AS / Companies Act requirements.

Budgeting, Forecasting & MIS

 Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and project-wise financial plans.

 Monitor actual performance vs. budget and provide variance analysis to management.

 Prepare and present monthly MIS, profitability analysis, and project cash flow

statements.

Treasury & Cash Flow Management

 Manage day-to-day fund flow, vendor payments, and working capital optimization.

 Liaise with banks and financial institutions for loans, project funding, BGs, LC, etc.

 Monitor interest costs, repayment schedules, and maintain banking documentation.

Taxation & Statutory Compliance

 Ensure timely filing and compliance for GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and ROC

requirements.

 Liaise with consultants for assessments, audits, and statutory inspections.

 Keep abreast of changes in tax and compliance laws relevant to construction and leasing

sectors.

Project Finance & Cost Control

 Track project costs, WIP, billing, and revenue recognition as per accounting standards.

 Support project teams in preparing DPRs and financial viability analyses.

 Implement internal controls for cost approvals, vendor payments, and material

consumption.

Leasing & Asset Management

 Maintain accounting for leased assets, rentals, and revenue recognition.

 Prepare lease agreements’ financial summaries and track receivables from

tenants / clients.

 Reconcile rent deposits, escalations, and lease renewals periodically.

Team Leadership & Coordination

 Lead and mentor a team of accountants and finance executives.

 Coordinate cross-functionally with projects, procurement, and legal teams.

•  Ensure timely reporting and adherence to internal financial controls (IFC).
