At JoyzAI, we believe CS is ONLY about empathy and solutions, rather than copy-pasting replies to customers.

We are looking for a Account Executive who will be the voice of JoyzAI for our clients. You’ll handle queries, troubleshoot issues, and guide customers towards loyalty with our product. This role is not about answering tickets or resolving queries. It’s about delighting customers, actually solving their problems, and building trust at every touchpoint.

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain solutions simply and clearly.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset. Approach- “how can I make this easier for the customer?”
  • Empathy and patience while dealing with clients under pressure.
  • Curiosity to learn about SaaS, AI, and Customer engagement.
  • Self-driven and adaptable in a fast-paced startup environment.
