Job description
  • Handle walk-in customers and respond to phone inquiries in a courteous and professional manner
  • Perform basic accounting tasks including data entry, billing, and record maintenance using Tally ERP9
  • Maintain daily cash reports, invoices, and basic financial documentation
  • Assist in administrative duties such as managing appointments, handling queries, and maintaining office records
  • Provide support in order processing and coordinating with other departments as needed
  • Communicate effectively in basic English with customers and team members
  • Create a welcoming environment for customers, especially those interested in food and cooking
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and customer-friendly front office space
  • Skills Required
