At StockGro - India’s First and Largest Social Investment Platform, users indulge in Social Investing and learn various trading strategies by interacting with leading fund managers, F&O traders, and algo traders.
About StockGro
Founded in January 2020 by former venture capitalist Ajay Lakhotia, we’re well-funded and just closed a massive Pre-Series A fundraise. We are backed by some of the respected investors - Roots Ventures, Velo Partners, Creed Capital, and the likes of Kunal Shah, Vivekananda Hallekere, Rahul Garg as Angels.
We have some brilliant minds with us, working on a mission to make 400 million Indian millennials investment-ready, with Senior Executives from Sequoia, Swiggy, Glance, Airtel, Uber, and institutions like ISB, NITs, and IIMs.
What are you expected to do?
Develop and implement
growth initiatives
for reaching users of different target communities and appoint Community Leaders / Campus Ambassadors
Communities include (Not limited to) :
Student communities
Colleges Engineering, MBA, BBA, Bachelors, UG, CA, CFA communities
Schools
Coaching Centres
Corporates, Start-up Employees
Other communities : Women, Senior citizens, Gamers, Content Creators etc.
Reach out to different target communities to appoint community leaders and work hand in hand with them to design User acquisition, User engagement, and User retention campaigns & initiatives
Identify and form community partnerships with educational institutions, clubs & committees
Organise and execute online and offline events to build a massive user community base and boost brand awareness
Plan and organise community engagement initiatives to foster a strong connect
Develop and maintain highly engaged and motivated group of Community leaders and Campus Ambassadors
Design a competitive and gamified performance assessment process
Collect structured user feedback and work with internal teams (Product, Social etc) to build efficiencies
Design, Develop and implement marketing Campaigns – working collaboratively with cross functional leads from marketing, content teams.
We’re looking for candidates who have :
Excellent written and spoken communication skills
Strong will to achieve outcomes
Should have a data-driven approach

Strong sense of ownership and responsibility
Ability to learn fast and to work in a start-up environment
Prior experience in Building User communities / Business development / Partnerships team
Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels is a plus
Know-how of different financial instruments in India like Mutual Funds, Stocks, etc. is preferable but not mandatory
Graduates from any discipline
1+ years of experience required in Business Development, B2B Sales, Community Partnerships
