Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) Consultant with over 7 years of end-to end project experience in both functional and technical domains.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering SAP C4C implementations, integrations, and enhancements, while acting as a bridge between business (Client) and implementation teams.

This role requires strong customer engagement, solutioning skills, and the ability to handle C4C Sales, Service, and Technical SDK / PDI development.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and execute SAP C4C implementation projects (Sales and / or Service).
• Conduct workshops to gather business requirements and map them to standard SAP C4C functionalities.
• Configure and customize SAP C4C solutions including Business Rules, Workflow, Approvals, and UI personalization.
• Prepare functional specifications for technical development (integration, extension).
• Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend best practices based on SA
