Job Description

Must-Have

• OKTA, IAM, SSO, Workflows
• Role & Responsibilities :

1. Design and architect IAM solutions, analyze customer requirements to design secure, scalable, and cost-effective Okta implementations. This may involve (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), User Lifecycle Management, and API access control.

2. Implementation and Integration : Lead the implementation of Okta solutions, integrating with various applications, directories, and cloud platforms.

3. Security best practices : Ensure adherence to security best practices in Okta configurations.

4. Automation and scripting : Automate tasks and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.

5. Stay up to date : Continuously learn about new Okta features, security threats, and industry best practices.

6. Communication and collaboration : Work effectively with various stakeholders, including internal teams, customers, and sales teams.

Qualifications :

◦ In-depth knowledge of Okta products and services (Workforce Identity Access Management (WIAM) and Customer Identity Access Management (CIAM))

◦ Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts (AWS, Azure, GCP etc.)

◦ Experience with API integration protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth)

◦ Experience with security best practices and compliance requirements (SOC 2, HIPAA etc.)

Good to have certifications :

ISO27001, OKTA Certified Professional / OKTA Certified Administrator.
