Job Description : Video Production Assistant

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Video Production Assistant to join our creative team. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth execution of live shoots and day-to-day production activities. If you are organized, resourceful, and passionate about production, this is an excellent opportunity to grow in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Shoot Coordination : Support the planning and execution of live shoots, ensuring all requirements (from casting to video delivery) are met on time.

Equipment Management : Organize, maintain, and transport production equipment to and from shoot locations.

Location Management : Coordinate with location owners, secure necessary permissions, and ensure locations are production-ready.

Logistics Support : Assist with setup and teardown of equipment, props, and other production essentials.

On-Set Assistance : Provide hands-on support to the production crew, helping manage tasks that keep the shoot running efficiently.

Administrative Support : Maintain production schedules, call sheets, and equipment / vendor inventories. Coordinate payments with BOA and finance teams.

Vendor Coordination : Work with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communications, or a related field (or relevant certification).

Prior experience in production or a similar role preferred.

Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask under deadlines.

Basic knowledge of video production equipment and processes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A valid driver’s license and access to a two-wheeler is required.
