Job descriptionCollaborate with the media buying team to test, analyze, and iterate on creative concepts. Track ad performance data to identify what resonates and optimize future creatives. Continuously A / B test hooks, thumbnails, visuals, and CTAs to drive conversions. Ensure all content aligns with Nanobag’s tone, aesthetic, and sustainability-driven story. Maintain a cohesive visual language across all paid and organic campaigns. Adapt creatives for different markets while preserving the core brand identity.

Role Overview
We’re seeking an Ads Creative who blends storytelling, strategy, and visual craft to produce performance-driven ad content across Meta, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities1. Creative Concept & Production
- Develop ad concepts and storyboards that bring Nanobag’s brand values and unique selling points.
- Write engaging scripts and captions for short-form videos, UGC, and motion ads.
- Coordinate production (shooting, editing, or briefing creators) to deliver high-quality content.
- Repurpose assets for multiple formats — Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and static ads.
