Job descriptionExperience in broad-based business and financial valuations and multi-discipline appraisals, including those of closely held companies Technical expertise in equity interests and CFI valuation products such as ASC 718, IRC 409A, ASC 820, IBR / ASC 842, debt and warrants valuation Excellent thoughtfulness, project management, communication, interpersonal and teaming skills Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing priorities in a rapidly growing, fast-paced, interactive, results-based team environment Advanced knowledge and experience in any of the following sectors will be added advantage - financial services, oil & gas, technology, consumer products, power and utilities and life science Strong leadership, recruiting, training, and mentoring skills, coupled with excellent verbal, written (including technical writing), and presentation skills. Willingness and ability to travel, when required Exposure to databases such as Capital IQ, Bloomberg, Refinitiv etc.
