Architectural intern

Architectural Intern at Urbanica Remote only

Minimum duration : 1 month

I’m looking for an architectural intern to join me at Urbanica to work on thoughtful housing projects. The role is hands-on - you'll be working on real projects, from research and site plans to 3 D models and permit drawings.

What You’ll Do :

Research local zoning rules and prepare preliminary site plans for new projects.

Work on schematic designs, 3 D models, building permit applications, and construction documentation of residential and commercial architecture projects. Create high-quality architectural drawings, renders, and presentations. Create and maintain technical documentation.

What I’m Looking For :

Bachelor of Architecture student.

Available for a remote internship of at least one month. A thoughtful design portfolio.

Solid skills in autocad, sketchup, and adobe suite.

Attention to detail and a strong eye for design.
