Subject Matter Expert – Repair Optimization & Compliance (Apply in 3 Minutes)

Job Description :

The purpose of this position is to serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the "Repair Optimization & Compliance" value stream, providing critical expertise to support solution design during the pre-sales phase. This role is responsible for evaluating technical feasibility and developing robust, scalable solutions specifically tailored to meet the needs of the automotive sector.

1. Solution Design (Pre-Sales) : Collaborate with commercial and technical teams to design scalable and sustainable solutions before the sales process.

2. Technical Feasibility : evaluate the technical feasibility of proposed solutions, identifying constraints, risks, and opportunities.

3. Solution Definition : translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications, ensuring alignment with compliance and operational standards.

4. Stakeholder Engagement : work closely with regional and global teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions into existing processes.

5. Continuous Improvement : monitor solution performance and propose enhancements based on operational data and feedback.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive sector, preferably in repair optimization or compliance
• Proven experience in international and multicultural environments
• Strong analytical skills and ability to model complex solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
