Job description

We are a design and build firm specializing in commercial interiors. We are looking for a skilled Architect to join our team, someone who can contribute creatively and also mentor and oversee junior designers in both 2D and 3D works.

Key Responsibilities

Conceptualize and develop architectural designs for interior and build projects.
Prepare detailed drawings, presentations and 3D visualizations.
Guide and review work of junior designers in 2D drawings and 3D models, ensuring accuracy and design quality.
Coordinate with consultants, vendors and contractors to ensure smooth execution.
Conduct site visits and resolve design-related challenges during construction.
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations and safety standards.

Requirements

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Architecture.

3–4 years of experience in architecture or interior projects.

Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, basic knowledge of Sketchup and Photoshop.

Good understanding of materials, finishes and construction techniques.

Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and oversee junior designers.

Strong communication and project coordination skills.
