Job description8+ years in software development, including 3+ years in IVR development . 2+ years of team leadership experience. Strong expertise in Twilio and Microsoft 365 , or other equivalent IVR platforms. Experience with AWS / Azure , Kubernetes , and CI / CD pipelines . Programming proficiency in .NET, Java, and Node.js . Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Certifications in IVR tools such as Twilio or Cyara are preferred.

Location : Hyderabad, Gurgaon, Manesar, Pune
Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain IVR applications using Twilio / M365 and related technologies.
- Lead a technical team and ensure timely project delivery.
- Integrate IVR systems with cloud services such as AWS or Azure , and with internal / external APIs.
- Manage CI / CD pipelines, deployments, and version control (GitHub, Jira, Confluence).
- Ensure compliance with data security and privacy standards .
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business and engineering teams for feature enhancement.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance IVR system performance.
