EU IT Recruiter

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented EU IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The EU IT Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of IT professionals across various European Union member states. This role requires a deep understanding of the European IT landscape, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to build robust talent pipelines to meet our clients' diverse technical staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies tailored to the European IT market, considering diverse local regulations and cultural nuances.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a wide range of IT roles, including but not limited to Software Developers, Data Scientists, Cloud Engineers, Cybersecurity Specialists, and IT Support professionals.
• Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, professional networking sites, social media, and internal databases, to identify and attract top-tier IT talent within the EU.
• Conduct in-depth screening and initial interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and clients to understand specific job requirements, project needs, and organizational culture.
• Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment activity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Stay informed about current IT market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive intelligence within the EU region.
• Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and networking activities (virtual or in-person) to build and strengthen candidate relationships.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant EU employment laws, GDPR, and country-specific regulations.
