The Video Editor with traditional editing expertise alongside AI-powered tools to deliver high-quality, scalable video content. The role emphasizes speed, consistency, experimentation, and optimization using artificial intelligence across editing, motion, audio, and content adaptation workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and produce high-quality videos using a combination of manual editing and AI-assisted tools

• Utilize AI platforms for tasks such as auto-cutting, scene detection, background removal, subtitles, voice enhancement, and format resizing

• Create multiple video variants efficiently for different platforms (short-form, long-form, ads, reels, stories)

• Apply AI-driven color correction, noise reduction, and audio cleanup to improve production quality

• Collaborate with creative, performance marketing, and content teams to rapidly iterate creatives based on insights

• Integrate AI-generated assets (B-roll, motion elements, text animations, voiceovers) where appropriate

• Ensure brand consistency while using AI tools for speed and scalability

• Maintain structured workflows for prompts, presets, templates, and reusable assets

• Stay updated with emerging AI tools, trends, and best practices in video production AI Tools & Technologies (Expected Proficiency)

• AI-enabled editing tools (e.g., Adobe Sensei features, Runway, Descript, Pika, CapCut AI, or similar)

• Auto-captioning and transcription tools with multilingual support

• AI voice enhancement and sound design tools

• AI background removal, object masking, and generative fill

• Prompt-based video or motion generation (basic to intermediate level)

Core Skills & Qualifications

• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in video editing and post-production

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects & Premiere Pro

• Strong understanding of AI-assisted workflows and automation in video editing

• Solid grasp of storytelling, pacing, and audience-centric editing

• Experience optimizing videos for performance-driven platforms

• Ability to balance creative judgment with AI-driven efficiency
