About the Role : -

Cult.fit is looking for enthusiastic and driven interns to support our on-ground market research efforts related to cycles and internal equipment across multiple locations. This role is ideal for individuals who are curious about market dynamics, vendor ecosystems, and consumer trends while also gaining hands-on exposure to real-time operations in the fitness industry.

Note : - Local language Telugu is mandatory & Who Resides in Visakhapatnam

Key Responsibilities : -

Market Research & Analysis : -

Conduct detailed on-ground market research on fitness equipment and cycles within the assigned city.
Study the competitive landscape by identifying popular cycle brands, their growth trends, and consumer preferences in Hyderabad & Vizag.
Analyze collected data to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights for decision-making.
Accumulate data from different sources (field visits, vendor meetings, local surveys) and compile it into structured reports.
Vendor Mapping & Ecosystem Study
Connect with local vendors, dealers, and manufacturers to understand the supply chain and ecosystem.
Identify the leading cycle manufacturers in the region and evaluate vendor capabilities in terms of quality, scale, and reliability.
Track fast-moving cycle brands and assess which vendors they are partnering with for expansion in the cities.
Explore opportunities for strategic partnerships with suppliers that align with Cult.fit's operational requirements.

Reporting & Coordination : -

Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations to share findings with the central operations team.

Provide actionable recommendations to support decision-making in procurement, vendor partnerships, and local operations.

Ensure smooth on-ground coordination and operational support throughout the internship duration.

Requirements : -

Strong research, analysis, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently in the assigned city.

Willingness to travel locally for research and vendor meetings.

Passion for fitness, operations, and market research.
