Role : AI Engineer

Mode : Full - time

Location : Bangalore

Work type : Work from office 5 days

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement machine learning models and other algorithms to solve business problems.
Design, build, and maintain scalable AI systems and infrastructure.
Collaborate with architects, data engineers, software engineers, and product managers to integrate AI solutions into

products and services.

Conduct data analysis and preprocessing to ensure high-quality input for AI models.

Monitor and optimize the performance of AI models and systems, making adjustments as needed.

Stay updated with the latest developments in AI and machine learning technologies and incorporate them into ongoing

projects.

Troubleshoot and debug AI-related issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Document AI solutions, processes, and findings to ensure knowledge sharing and reproducibility.

Ensure the ethical use of AI technologies and compliance with industry standards.

Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in developing and deploying AI and machine learning models.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java is required.

Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).

Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Understanding of data preprocessing techniques and tools.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex data.

Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest AI advancements.

Familiarity with ethical considerations and best practices in AI development.

Relevant certifications in Data, ML, Software, or cloud platforms are a plus.

Fluency in English (equivalent to C1 or higher).
