Job descriptionCreate high-fidelity prototypes and UI designs that are both functional and visually Collaborate with product managers to align design solutions with business objectives. Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs. Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback and data-driven Advocate for user-centered design principles across the organization. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices. 3-7 years of experience in product design, UI / UX design, or related roles. Strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design, problem-solving, and visual design Proficiency in design tools like Figma. Past experience of working with ANT Design System is a plus. Hands-on experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user testing. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. Familiarity with Agile and iterative design processes. Strong communication skills with the ability to present and explain design concepts to Experience designing for B2B SaaS, or BFSI domains.
