Primary Responsibilities :
- Architectural Design & StrategyDesign and document scalable, secure, and high-performance software architecturesEvaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and frameworksStay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends
- Technical LeadershipLead the technical direction of projects and ensure alignment with business goalsCollaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutionsProvide architectural guidance to development teams across multiple projects
- Software DevelopmentWrite and review high-quality, maintainable codeDevelop core components and services that serve as the foundation for applicationsEnsure code adheres to architectural standards and design principles
- Mentorship & CollaborationMentor junior engineers and promote knowledge sharingFacilitate architectural discussions and design reviewsWork closely with DevOps, QA, and Product teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Performance & ScalabilityConduct performance tuning and optimization of systemsDesign systems with scalability and fault tolerance in mind

Required Qualifications :
Graduate degree or equivalent experienceExperience6+ years of experience working with Java / J2EE (Spring and Spring Boot) technologies in full stack developmentProven experience in designing and implementing complex software systemsExperience in leading technical teams or mentoring junior developersHands-on experience with agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC)Technical SkillsSolid programming skills in languages such as Java 21, Spring Boot, Python, or JavaScriptExperience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google CloudFamiliarity with DevOps practices, CI / CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)AI Skills and tools : Generative AI, Agentic AI, GPT, OPEN AIExperience in Restful Web servicesTesting experience in JUnit / Spock / GroovyHands on with Node JS or React JSDeep understanding of software architecture patterns (e.g., microservices, event-driven, layered architecture)Proficiency in designing APIs, databases (SQL / NoSQL), and distributed systemsSoft Skills :
