🚀 Hiring Now : Principal Software Development Consultant (Cloud-Native & High-Performance Systems)

📍 Location : Remote (India) | 🕒 Shift : UK Overlap (2 PM – 11 PM IST / 3 PM – 12 Midnight IST)

💼 Type : Full-time | 🎯 Level : Principal Engineer / Consultant

🧠 Experience : 10+ years (with recent hands-on coding)

We’re looking for a Principal Software Development Consultant who leads by example — through code, problem-solving, and real delivery , not just guidance.

You’ll design and ship cloud-native, high-performance systems , using modern infrastructure and compiled languages like Rust (preferred) or C++ , while mentoring teams through strong technical leadership.

🔧 What You’ll Do

  • Build scalable, cloud-native backend systems
  • Write production-grade Rust (or / and C++) code focused on performance
  • Lead through code reviews, prototyping, and mentorship
  • Work hands-on with containers, Kubernetes, autoscaling, and CI / CD
  • Drive implementation from design to deployment
  • Tune performance and handle concurrency & optimization challenges

✅ Requirements

  • 10+ years in software engineering (backend, systems, or platform)
  • Min 3+ years of Proven experience with Rust or / and 8+ years of C++ (system level programming) in production systems
  • Strong Hands on with Data Structure and Algorithm - Must
  • Hands-on with Kubernetes, containers, distributed APIs
  • Strong understanding of Linux internals, networking, observability
  • Familiarity with AWS / GCP / Azure , CI / CD , and Terraform / Pulumi
  • Proven ownership of complex systems from design to delivery
  • C++ candidates should be ready to learn Rust

    • 🌟 Bonus Skills

  • Async runtimes (Tokio, etc.), memory-safe systems
  • Profiling, low-latency, or instrumentation experience
  • Open-source contributions (Rust or infra tooling)

  • You enjoy ambiguity and solving complex, performance-critical problems
