Position Manager - Finance

Job Overview

The Manager - Finance will manage the financial operations, develop financial strategies, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and oversee budgeting and forecasting. Responsibilities include conducting financial analysis, preparing financial reports, managing audits, and collaborating with other departments to support overall business development.

Requirements :

• Chartered Accountant / MBA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institutes with 5 yrs + experience )
• Prior experience of working in the B2B commerce industry or scaled B2B startups is a plus
• Proven track record of managing FP&A , Accounts and reporting and investor relations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to support strategic financial decision-making.

2. Investor Relations Support Prepare financial materials and assist with due diligence to support investor communication and fundraising efforts.

3. Working Capital Management Optimize cash flow and raise working capital through effective management of receivables, payables, and financing channels.

4. Accounts & Reporting Ensure accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and efficient accounting processes
