Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Associate Product Manager position at our Bengaluru office. The Associate Product Manager will oversee the product lifecycle, gather and analyze user requirements, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful launches. The role involves defining product strategies, conducting market research, and translating business needs into technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand problems deeply, visualize solutions, and build with clarity and purpose, and not through AI-generated PRDs.
  • Prepare use cases and user personas, and present product ideas to stakeholders.
  • Define product requirements, timelines, and priorities in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Track feature progress, identify blockers, and provide support for testing and validation.
  • Compile product updates, reports, and documentation for visibility across teams.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to create collaterals and materials for events and conferences.
  • Stay curious and continuously learn.
  • Who should apply

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of end-to-end product management experience in the payments or fintech industry, ideally spent in a single company where you’ve built and scaled real products.
