About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Finance to join our growing team. This role involves overseeing end-to-end finance operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, managing internal finance function and supporting process automation initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and a knack for working in a tech-enabled consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable / receivable, reconciliations, and monthly closing.
• Prepare or Review financial statements, MIS reports, budgets and variance analyses.
• Coordinate with clients  and internal teams to ensure timely collections of fees receivable.
• Support audit and compliance requirements (Statutory, Internal, GST, TDS, and ROC).
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, confidentiality and organizational standards.
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Supervise executive and provide review support.
• This is a role for the company and not to work for the Clients of the Company.
• Oversee submissions to be made against notices, if any received from tax & regulatory authorities.
• Work with the HR team for processing of salary and labour law compliances
