Role : Manual QA Engineer

About the Role :

AiFA Labs is looking for a Manual QA Engineer who is passionate about ensuring software quality and reliability.

You'll play a key role in validating product functionality, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving high-quality software releases.

Responsibilities :

• Analyze requirements, specifications, and designs to develop effective test plans and test cases.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing across web, mobile, and enterprise platforms.
• Log and track defects using tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and business analysts within Agile teams.
• Conduct SQL-based data validation and prepare detailed test reports.
• Support junior QA members and participate in sprint planning and retrospectives.
