Position : Oracle Technical Developer Retail

Shift : 2 : 30 PM IST Evening Shift (IST Hours)

Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled and self-driven Oracle Retail Developer with 58 years of hands-on experience across Oracle Retail modules such as RMS, SIM, RESA, RPM, and REIM. The role involves designing, developing, and supporting Oracle Retail applications in both on-premise and cloud environments. This is an individual contributor position requiring deep technical expertise and the ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and support Oracle Retail applications including RMS, SIM, RESA, RPM, and REIM modules.
• Work with both on-premise and Oracle Retail Cloud implementations.
• Develop and maintain custom solutions using Oracle SQL, PL / SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and Oracle APEX.
• Write and maintain Unix / Shell scripts for batch processing and automation tasks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application and data-related issues.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including business analysts, QA, and infrastructure teams.
• Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and deployment activities.
• Ensure compliance with development standards, best practices, and security guidelines.
