About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Executive who will be responsible for handling inbound client inquiries and converting them into successful sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to build strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and inquiries from potential clients.
- Understand client needs and pitch relevant services / solutions.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed sales while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Requirements
