Job Overview :
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Software Sales Executive to promote and sell our ERP solutions to businesses. The role involves identifying new prospects, understanding client requirements, and driving the complete sales cycle — from lead generation to closure.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for ERP software through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
- Meet with potential clients to understand their business processes and recommend suitable ERP solutions.
- Deliver product presentations and demos, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Manage the complete sales cycle — from prospecting and negotiation to deal closure.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and referrals.
- Collaborate with the technical and implementation teams for smooth onboarding of clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain CRM data accurately.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
2–4 years of experience in software or ERP solution sales (B2B preferred).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Kannada, English, and Hindi.Strong understanding of business processes and technology-driven solutions.Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.Self-motivated, persuasive, and result-oriented.Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office suite.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration (BBA / MBA).What We Offer :
