About the Role :
We’re looking for a Senior Database SME / DBA with deep expertise in Oracle and MongoDB or MariaDB to manage, optimize, and automate mission-critical, large-scale databases in a distributed, high-availability environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Administer and optimize Oracle, MongoDB / MariaDB, MySQL, and AWS RDS databases
- Manage installation, configuration, upgrades, clustering, replication, and DR
- Automate deployments using Liquibase, Ansible, Terraform
- Deploy and manage databases in Docker / Kubernetes
- Monitor and tune performance using Grafana, New Relic, and APM tools
- Ensure high availability, security, encryption, and compliance
- Integrate with Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Elastic Cache
- Provide documentation and 24x7 support on rotation
