US tax analyst

Experience required :

0-1 years of experience or fresher or pursing candidates only needed.

CTC : INR 2-2.4 LPA

Location : on-site Time : 9 : 00 PM to 6 : 00 AM IST (Monday - Friday)

Role Description

 Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inbound and outbound calls, texts, and chats with professionalism and empathy.

 Actively listen to customer concerns, provide clear and timely solutions, and ensure a seamless resolution process.

 Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.

 Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the CRM system.

 Proactively identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams while ensuring customer satisfaction.

 Support team projects and initiatives aimed at improving processes and elevating the quality of customer service.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, or a related field.

Only 0-1 year experience or Fresher or Pursing candidates needed.

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Educational background in Accounting, Finance, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.

Should be in commutable distance to JNTU, Hyderabad location.
