SAP Commerce Functional Consultant - Hybris Platform

Job Description :

The SAP Commerce Functional Consultant is responsible for the functional design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Commerce solutions for clients within the industrial sector. This role focuses on translating business requirements into effective SAP Commerce configurations, ensuring optimal solution performance and seamless integration with other SAP systems. The consultant will collaborate closely with clients, project managers, and technical teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and efficient SAP Commerce solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Analyze business requirements and design SAP Commerce solutions to meet client needs.

2. Configure and implement SAP Commerce modules, including Omnichannel, Order Management, and Inventory Management.

3. Develop and maintain comprehensive technical and functional documentation, including configuration guides and testing scripts.

4. Collaborate with clients, project managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

5. Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solution quality and functionality.

6. Provide end-user training, functional support, and best practice guidance on SAP Commerce features and workflows.

7. Stay current with SAP Commerce releases, patches, and new functionalities, and apply relevant updates to client environments.

8. Integrate SAP Commerce with other SAP systems such as SAP ERP, SAP CRM, and SAP BW to enable end-to-end business processes.

Qualifications & Experience :

1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.

2. 3 to 7 years of experience in SAP Commerce (Hybris) functional consulting or similar roles.

3. Proven expertise in SAP Commerce configuration and business process design.

4. Experience integrating SAP Commerce with SAP ERP, CRM, and BW systems.

5. Strong understanding of Omnichannel commerce, Order Management, and Inventory processes.

6. Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

7. SAP Commerce certification is a plus.
