7 to 10 years of experience in BPO / ITES / Tech support transformation roles with a proven record of AI and tool optimization projects.Strong understanding of CRM platforms, digital tool ecosystems, and CX metrics.Hands-on experience in AI / ML solution design, automation, and deployment is a big plus.Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.Strong program management and analytical mindset.Experience working with cross-functional teams (Operations, Product, IT, Data Science).Change management expertise and the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.Preferred Qualifications :
- Certifications in AI, RPA, or CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk, FreshDesk, MS Dynamics 365, Servicenow customer Service management, etc.)
- Six Sigma or Lean certifications (Green Belt / Black Belt)
Experience working with global tech cl# ients in transformation consulting or delivery roles.
