About the Role :
We are seeking experienced ServiceNow Professionals to join our growing team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and integrating ServiceNow solutions for enterprise clients. This is a hybrid role with flexibility to work from various locations across India.
Open Positions & Key Skills : Developer CSM, SOM, Integration :
- Strong experience in Customer Service Management (CSM) and Service Order Management (SOM)
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Integrations using REST / SOAP, APIs, and MID Servers
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and Flow Designer
ServiceNow OMT / SOM / TSM Integrations :
Experience in Order Management for Telecom (OMT), Service Order Management (SOM), and Telecom Service Management (TSM)Strong background in ServiceNow integration with OSS / BSS systemsServiceNow CSM :
In-depth knowledge of Customer Service Management processesExperience in designing portals, case management, and knowledge basesServiceNow FSM :
Experience with Field Service Management workflowsKnowledge of dispatching, scheduling, and mobile application setupServiceNow ITSM :
Expertise in IT Service Management modules Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, KnowledgeITIL v4 certification preferredServiceNow ITOM :
Experience with IT Operations Management modules Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, OrchestrationStrong understanding of CMDB best practicesGeneral Requirements (Applicable to All Positions) :
Experience : 6+ years with strong hands-on in ServiceNow Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and ServiceNow scriptingStrong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skillsExcellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environmentStrong knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, CMDB, and Service Catalog.Experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub, REST / SOAP integrations.(ref : hirist.tech)
