Job Title : ServiceNow Developer Multiple Positions (6+ Years : Pan India (Hybrid)

Positions Available : Multiple Openings

About the Role :

We are seeking experienced ServiceNow Professionals to join our growing team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and integrating ServiceNow solutions for enterprise clients. This is a hybrid role with flexibility to work from various locations across India.

Open Positions & Key Skills : Developer CSM, SOM, Integration :

  • Strong experience in Customer Service Management (CSM) and Service Order Management (SOM)
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Integrations using REST / SOAP, APIs, and MID Servers
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and Flow Designer

ServiceNow OMT / SOM / TSM Integrations :

  • Experience in Order Management for Telecom (OMT), Service Order Management (SOM), and Telecom Service Management (TSM)
  • Strong background in ServiceNow integration with OSS / BSS systems
  • ServiceNow CSM :

  • In-depth knowledge of Customer Service Management processes
  • Experience in designing portals, case management, and knowledge bases
  • ServiceNow FSM :

  • Experience with Field Service Management workflows
  • Knowledge of dispatching, scheduling, and mobile application setup
  • ServiceNow ITSM :

  • Expertise in IT Service Management modules Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Knowledge
  • ITIL v4 certification preferred
  • ServiceNow ITOM :

  • Experience with IT Operations Management modules Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Orchestration
  • Strong understanding of CMDB best practices
  • General Requirements (Applicable to All Positions) :

  • Experience : 6+ years with strong hands-on in ServiceNow Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and ServiceNow scripting
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, CMDB, and Service Catalog.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub, REST / SOAP integrations.
