Business Development & Prospecting : Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial, residential, and industrial sectors by leveraging existing construction / real estate industry contacts and cold-calling efforts.
Client Relationship Management : Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with General Contractors, Developers, Architects, Engineers, and Property Owners . Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients.
Sales Strategy : Create and execute effective territory sales plans and strategies to meet or exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Technical Understanding : Clearly articulate the value proposition of our [Specify product / service, e.g., structural steel, MEP services, specialized equipment] and translate technical specifications into compelling client solutions.
Proposal & Negotiation : Prepare, present, and negotiate contracts, proposals, and bids, ensuring profitability and alignment with client needs and project timelines.

Reporting : Maintain an organized pipeline, accurately forecast sales, and document all client interactions and sales activities using the company's CRM system.
Qualification :
Experience : Minimum of [2-5] years of successful sales experience with a significant portion of that time spent in the Construction, Building Materials, Engineering, or Commercial Real Estate industries.
Industry Knowledge : Proven ability to read and interpret construction documents, blueprints, and project specifications.
