About the Role :

We are hiring an Automation Tester to join our growing QA team. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals passionate about test automation, quality assurance, and building robust testing frameworks.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using Python / PyTest and Appium.
Perform functional and regression testing using Selenium.
Create, review, and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases.
Generate detailed test reports, metrics, and documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bugs, track issues, and ensure timely resolution.
Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience :

Strong experience with Python and PyTest Framework.

Hands-on expertise in Appium and Selenium for automation.

Good understanding of test strategy, design, review, reporting, and metrics.

Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Interview Process :

Single in-person interview during the weekend drive.
