We’re looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Sales Representative who can take charge of digital lead generation, client outreach, and online presence — helping us connect cutting-edge compute infrastructure with India’s most innovative startups and enterprises.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital lead generation campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and industry platforms
- Manage and grow Novacore’s LinkedIn and online presence — posts, outreach messages, client follow-ups, and case studies
- Identify, qualify, and engage potential clients in AI, cloud computing, gaming, and enterprise tech
- Maintain an active pipeline of qualified leads using CRM tools and structured follow-up cadences
- Collaborate with leadership to craft custom proposals, partnership pitches, and demo sessions
- Report weekly on outreach performance, qualified leads generated, and deals closed
💰 Compensation Structure
Commission-based model : Earn a significant percentage on every converted client or closed dealMonthly performance bonus : Additional bonus for achieving or exceeding qualified lead targetsHybrid flexibility : Work remotely, with occasional travel or in-person meetings when requiredHigh-performing reps can grow into Business Development Manager or Head of Sales roles as Novacore scales💡 Ideal Candidate
