Job description

Position : Instrumentation Engineer

Experience : Minimum 2 years

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist in design and installation of field instrumentation and control systems.
  • Review P&IDs, instrument index, loop diagrams, and datasheets.
  • Support in selection and sizing of instruments (flow, pressure, level, temperature, etc.).
  • Work on control panel design, wiring, and integration with PLC / DCS / SCADA systems.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant standards (ISA, IEC, IS, etc.) and client specifications.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation related to PLC and DCS.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth project execution.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s / Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in instrumentation engineering (design / installation).
  • Familiarity with PLC, DCS, SCADA, control valves, and transmitters.
  • Good understanding of industrial automation, wiring, and signal standards (4–20 mA, HART, Profibus, Modbus, etc.).
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD / EPLAN for drawing preparation will be an added advantage.
