Technical Leadership :
- Provides technical guidance and mentorship to the frontend team.
- Ensures adherence to best practices in coding, design, and performance optimization.
- Collaborates with other teams (e.g., backend, design) to ensure seamless system integration.
- Contributes to architectural decisions and technical strategy.
Team Management :
Leads and manages a team of frontend engineers.Conducts regular 1 : 1 meetings, provides performance feedback, and fosters professional development.Sets clear expectations, goals, and performance standards for the team.Hires, onboards, and retains top frontend talent.Code Quality and Process :
Reviews code and pull requests to ensure adherence to standards and specifications.Implements and maintains processes for code quality, testing, and deployment.Identifies and reduces technical debt.Key Skills :
Technical Expertise : Strong knowledge of JavaScript, frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js), and related technologies (HTML, CSS, etc.).
Leadership and Management : Proven ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a team of engineers.
Problem-Solving : Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
