About the Role

You’ll help craft the visual identity of our brand across platforms — where rhythm, silence, and story come together. Each frame you touch should move people.

What You’ll Do

• Build emotional arcs — tension → reveal → payoff
• Create micro-hooks every 3–5 seconds
• Edit quickly and precisely in Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve / After Effects / CapCut / Runway
• Shape sound — foley, risers, quiet
• Use color + motion as storytelling tools
• Adapt edits for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, X
• Maintain clean file hygiene (proxies, LUTs, templates)
• Iterate from data — retention, thumbnails, captions, CTAs
