Job descriptionApply expertise in XML ,XSLT for effective platform management. The role is focused on platform administration, configuration, and monitoring, not content Profile to Focus On : Strong technical expertise in AEM, ideally with experience in AEM Guides and platform implementation. Solid engineering background, capable of managing and troubleshooting a complex content management system Ability to work independently as an individual contributor, with initial guidance from the integration partner. Not a content creator or technical writer; focus should be on candidates with platform administration and engineering skills. Preference for candidates with prior implementation experience, but candidates with strong AEM knowledge and willingness to learn are also considered. AEM Guides experience is priority, followed by general AEM expertise Shift time : EMEA shift 2 : 00 PM IST 11 : 00 PM : 5+ Length : 12 : Bangalore India (Hybrid, WFO -ednesday, Process : Interview Process : Two interview roundsfirst for technical screening, second for cultural fit and overall assessment.
The roles and responsibilities :
- Own and manage the authoring and publishing workflows in AEM Guides, including troubleshooting and triaging workflow issues.
- Support users with access issues and provide technical assistance for the platform.
- Maintain and administer the AEM Guides platform after handoff from the integration partner, including configuration and bespoke development support.
- Collaborate closely with the integration partner during the migration and implementation phase, then independently manage the platform.
- Partner with the team of knowledge content engineers and other ecosystem stakeholders to ensure smooth
platform operations and support.
