Job Description

This is a Work from Home (WFH) position.

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team. If you are passionate about sales, enjoy meaningful conversations, and want to make a real impact on women’s health, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Connect with potential clients via video calls to guide them on their healing journey.
  • Conduct approximately 100 calls per month through inbound leads.
  • Be available from 10 : 00 am - 7 : 00 pm IST, Monday-Saturday.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, helping them make the best decisions for their health.
  • Maintain integrity in sales, ensuring only committed clients are enrolled.
  • Monitor and improve performance metrics, ensuring a deep understanding of your progress.
  • Use CRM tools effectively while focusing on hitting targets.
  • Maintain high personal standards, leading by example in discipline and commitment.
  • Stay calm under pressure, handling life-changing conversations with prospects daily.
  • Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a target-driven sales environment.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills for video-based sales.
  • Strong active listening, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to build trust and close high-ticket sales.
  • Self-motivated and disciplined, capable of working independently from home.
  • Proficiency in the full sales cycle, negotiation, CRM usage, and presentations.
