Role : Senior Technical Writer

About the Job :

We are a seeking a seasoned Technical Writer to strengthen its documentation team. The ideal candidate must have 10-12 years of experience in technical writing and a strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence to support the development of clear and user-focused content.

Roles & Responsibility : -

Collaboration and leadership : Mentor junior writers and ensure consistency across all documentation. Review team members’ documents for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to standards. Must have experience in handling multiple projects.

Language skills : Excellent command of written and spoken U.S. English, with a solid grasp of technical writing principles.

Writing skills : Exceptional research, analysis, and writing skills. Ability to write clearly and concisely using correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation.

Skills : Capable of installing software and applications with minimal assistance.

Documentation experience : Proven experience in developing a comprehensive documentation suite, including user guides, installation guides, API guides, troubleshooting guides, FAQs, and knowledge bases.

Artificial Intelligence exposure : A solid understanding of AI fundamentals and their relevance in documentation workflows is essential.

Technical interpretation : Experience interpreting technical specifications, user stories, configuration files, code, and other technical documents as reference materials.

Learning ability : Demonstrated ability to learn new products and technologies quickly and to grasp technical material effectively.

Tools proficiency : Familiar with standard tools, including Microsoft Office, Madcap Flare, Adobe, Visio, SnagIT, and various documentation delivery mechanisms (online help, web help, PDFs, HTML, and so on).

Software development exposure : Experience with tools like GitHub, SVN, and development processes like DDLC and Agile are a plus.

Work Experience : 10-12 Years

Educational Qualification : BE. / B.Tech., M.E. / M.Tech. or M. Sc. in Computer Science / Electronics Engineering / MCA
