Key Responsibilities :
- Gaining a good understanding of the M&A deals criteria to analyse and determine whether specific transactions meet the database inclusion criteria
- Financial transactions that the research analyst will cover include global mergers and acquisitions (M&A), Private Equity / Sponsor deals etc.
- The research analyst will work on advisory claims to identify the missing deals in the database and credit the advisors and their deal teams correctly as per their role resulting in successful publication of the advisory rankings.
- The research analyst will be responsible for mining, synthesizing and analysing financial information, and publishing deal reports on various financial transactions, using publicly available information through various websites, annual reports, and databases.
- Maintaining and expanding the historical M&A database to ensure completeness and provides a consistent high standard of data and analysis
- Working on zero defect and quality checks to ensure database quality is maintained.
- Cooperation with the seniors and manager while working on projects. Adhering to daily MIS systems to keep management updated with the current status of the project.
