Tech Support

Description

We are looking for freshers/entry-level candidates to join our Tech Support team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers, assisting them with various hardware and software issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Assist customers in setting up and configuring their devices.
• Document and track customer interactions and resolutions in the support system.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve complex technical issues.
• Stay updated with product knowledge and technical advancements.

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong understanding of computer hardware and software systems.
• Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and Linux.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
